概要

The first part of the talk will give an overview of snake venom biochemistry and new insights into venom complexity and pathogenesis using proteomics and functional genomics. This will be followed by presentation of recent data elucidating the biochemical basis for a functional role for the non-proteinase domains in the PIII snake venom metalloproteinases.
